We needed repair of one blind and cleaning of two blinds. One of the blinds in the kitchen was really a mess, grease and dust accumulated over many years. It looks so much better. It's great that they come to your house, too. It was hard to find someone that would do that during the pandemic.

He came to replace the cord on my roman shades. Did not have the correct size so put a cord on that was too wide. Charged $185.00 cash. Said he would come back and fix if it broke again. It broke within a week....It has been months now and no refund of money or re-doing the repair. Terrible customer service...Watch out here.

This was a disaster. He could not have completed the job without my help. He had the basic knowledge of what to do, but could not perform what the job required in regards to the physical labor. Price charged…. Way out of line for the service that he performed. Stay clear of this service!!!

I chose this company because he is a Veteran. As non-professional as they come. My blinds were not completely cleaned. The way he talked to his employee, he should be reported. He sat down at my table, supposedly he had phone calls to make, which he never made. Most unprofessional conversation. I found that he broke one of the slats on my blinds.

Absolutely terrible experience - I just had to turn away Monte from AAA blinds. He showed up at my apartment building slightly earlier than scheduled, which was fine. He came inside the gate to the building, coughing and sputtering. I asked “when you come inside the apartment I’d love it if you would put a mask on.” He refused, saying “I’ve had all 3 of my shots, ma’am.” So have I, for the record, but at the date of intended service 2/14/22 there is still a mask mandate in Washington state, and he provided no proof of vaccin... read more
