I live in Bellefontaine and frequently visit this office and Kia Lightener for all of my travel needs. SHE IS AMAZING !!!! I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED that AAA has chosen to move their office out of Bellefontaine, forcing myself and all of their local patrons to now drive to Lima to continue to receive assistance with my travel plans. You hear all the time to "stay local" for all of your needs, but yet they continue to "move" our needed services/stores "out" of our area.
