Two emergencies in two weeks. First was the spigot on the main line snapped off and second was the water heater started leaking profusely. Both instances required me to shut the main water off. Called Mike both times without a scheduled appointment and both times he was out for each job within 30 minutes. Called AAA for a kitchen sink leak at my rental property. They responded quickly and had a technician on-site within an hour—which is the only reason this isn't a 1-star review. Unfortunately, the actual service was incredibly disappointing. The technician claimed the leak was just water splashing on top of the counter and leaking down, so he put some caulk around the faucet and soap dispenser. Had a main line backed up over the weekend. I called first thing Monday morning and they were here within the hour. Solved the issue with their commercial grade tools in record time. Nothing but smiles from me!
Supposed to come on a Friday to install faucet replacing leaky faucet, called Thursday , all set , never showed up , no courtesy call , never use Mike or his company again
