Called AAA for a kitchen sink leak at my rental property. They responded quickly and had a technician on-site within an hour—which is the only reason this isn't a 1-star review. Unfortunately, the actual service was incredibly disappointing. The technician claimed the leak was just water splashing on top of the counter and leaking down, so he put some caulk around the faucet and soap dispenser. Had a main line backed up over the weekend. I called first thing Monday morning and they were here within the hour. Solved the issue with their commercial grade tools in record time. Nothing but smiles from me!
Supposed to come on a Friday to install faucet replacing leaky faucet, called Thursday , all set , never showed up , no courtesy call , never use Mike or his company again
Never showed up, I wouldn't recommend and I've lived here for 35 years.
my called promptly answering my call. He set up a scheduled time and date to replace my water heater. He showed up on time With his crew and all the supplies. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, price was very reasonable. He was in did the job and was out and the job was done perfectly. Mike and his crew Did an awesome job.
