I damaged my water main while removing a tree stump. AAA came out, repaired the pipe, added box with a cutoff valve for the house. They also replaced a hose bib and cleans a shower drain for me. They were quick and professional. I was very happy with the work.
Had a bad water leak that I could not find and it was damaging my flooring quickly. I called Mike at beachside at 8:00 in the evening. He was there quickly and located the leak. He was able to stop the leak and saved my flooring from additional damage. Can’t say enough about his professionalism and more so caring enough to come after hours to help me. Truly professional and the local plumbing guy you can trust.
They re-routed my laundry drain at my request due to my new washer and dryer. There was a leak at the P-trap the next day when using the washing machine. I called them and they kept telling me they'd come the next day to repair it. This went on for 4 days. I was told yesterday 8/6 that I'd be their first stop at 0930 on 8/7. I called a 1030 and they didn't even answer this time. Two emergencies in two weeks. First was the spigot on the main line snapped off and second was the water heater started leaking profusely. Both instances required me to shut the main water off. Called Mike both times without a scheduled appointment and both times he was out for each job within 30 minutes.
