Liliana Ruiz the adjuster that was assigned to my claim is rude, condescending, dishonest and untrustworthy. I highly suggest if you have to file a claim or if one is filed against you record all conversations and request emails to confirm all outcomes and or statements. To be fair AAA membership and other services are excellent. After 10 years with AAA I decided to cancel auto insurance and keep membership. It was disappointing to find out I trusted Liliana and she lied about the outcome of my claim.
AAA insurance sucks. I was with them for 28 years. All they had to do was cash the check. No claims, no tickets. Still they just decided to bump my 28 year history of under 4,000 miles a year to 12,000 and charge me double. Trying to get it straight they said yeah it's wrong but we can't fix it. Wish I could give zero stars. Avoid AAA at all costs.
Regular AAA but they do some other stuff. I did a car title here
Poor customer service especially the manager. We come here to avoid the drama of the DMV and somehow you have created an even worse environment.
