Alfred S. was the worst travel agent we’ve had for our Japan trip. After he he booked our flight and Mt Fuji, he was done assisting with our two week vacation. We ended up having to book everything ourselves. His Mt Fuji Viator tour was a waste of money ($650) for two people that resulted in 5.5 hours round trip and 20 minutes of walking up some stairs on the side of the road, the driver claimed there was not enough time to visit Hakone which we also paid for.

IF YOU HAVE A MOTORCYCLE, YOU WILL KNOW WHAT THIS IS ABOUT. I have been a member for many years. I have rarely needed their services. But, I was always questioning WHY, I was penalized when all I had was a motorcycle. I had to "pay" for a "car" that I didn't have, and pay an steep, additional expense to add a motorcycle. This place is amazing. I think I would keep my Auto Club membership just to keep me out of the DMV. Always so efficient and polite. They cannot do all DMV services, but I had to do some pretty complicated DVM services and swap some plates and things like that and they did it all in one visit. Unlike the DMV that always seems to take a number of visits for each transaction. Thanks to Keith for being so helpful on my last visit.

I strongly suggest finding another driving school. The scheduling for this school was horrible. When we signed up my son I was told there would be availability in Torrance but we were not able to book a lesson until our last lesson in Torrance. We had to book lessons in other locations. When I brought up this issues to AAA they told me there is nothing that could be done. I tried to get out of the agreement but they wouldn't refund my fees. Stay away and find a different program who is easier to work with.
