I came here to speak with a “travel advisor,” but they “advised” me that they are unable to provide any advice. I just wanted vacation ideas, but they told me that I need to decide on the exact dates and location by myself, and then they can help me book it. I said I can easily go online to book flights/hotels on my own, so what is the benefit of working with AAA? My experience was great. I came here with my sister thinking that I was going to renew my car registration without being a member. Wrong. However I must say Jazmin Camarena showed UP and SHOWED OUT. She help me navigate through the process of becoming a AAA member. I've been holding out for years. I gotten fed up with my previous insurance company. Several sources on the Internet say this branch has closed, not true. This office is open. Went there today to get my tags for my car, June 9, 2025. This place sure beats having to go to the DMV to renew my tags or transfer ownership of a vehicle, boat or motorhome. They also have travel services where you can book your next dream vacation. Insurance services are also available.
