Can not get a hold of their phone. I changed my review from a one star to four star because the service is very good once you do get inside
We used to come to AAA instead of the DMV because of the poor service received at DMV but now it's reversed. This particular AAA car registration staff treat people really disrespectfully and from the first thing in the morning this lady with a big power trip comes out screaming at everyone waiting in line and just putting on a big show demanding to see everyone's papers and being really rude to everyone and anyone. I came here to speak with a “travel advisor,” but they “advised” me that they are unable to provide any advice. I just wanted vacation ideas, but they told me that I need to decide on the exact dates and location by myself, and then they can help me book it. I said I can easily go online to book flights/hotels on my own, so what is the benefit of working with AAA?
