Have had AAA for 30 years HOI and auto. Received notice today of cancellation of HOI due to fire exposure. We had Anaheim Fire authority out last month to evaluate our property due to concerns they gave all clear. Very disappointed !
Worst place to get information on your vehicle. The ladies on the phone are so rude. I needed information on my vehicle smog check and asked a question on why I am getting a smog request from the dmv everyyear. The lady got mad at me for asking this simple question. She hung up on me so I called again and the second lady was also rude and just transfered me to another line instead of giving me her name. I have been a member for 7 years if this is the way AAA treats customers then I will have to cancel my membership and go so... read more
Why dont you have a scanner? If you do, why did the notary lie about not having a scanner? Also, at 32 years of being a customer, why am I having to pay a $10 notary fee when your AAA claims adjuster needs the document notarized? I have AAA membership and insurance and you pass the fee onto us? Unacceptable
