Why dont you have a scanner? If you do, why did the notary lie about not having a scanner? Also, at 32 years of being a customer, why am I having to pay a $10 notary fee when your AAA claims adjuster needs the document notarized? I have AAA membership and insurance and you pass the fee onto us? Unacceptable
They waist your time. Don't go there for DMV. Very unknowledgeable and unprofessional.
Incrediblely Helpful... Exceeded Expectations! Had instant 1 on 1 extraordinary customer service...that was before they even asked if we were members. Had answers and the forms to literally every question. Even explained process on several complex DMV issues as well. Travel planning is so much better when time is maximized due to the effectiveness of the free logistics support. We used the travel services with Liz and she is EXCEPTIONAL! We required special accommodations (pet friendly, etc...) and she personally called each hotel to make sure that they would work with our needs. Liz went up and beyond! We had never really thought of using AAA for our travel before and what a great experience! Thanks Liz!
