I spent about 20 mins with an associate to add motorcycle coverage on my account. I also thought she updated my address as I requested. None of the changes she said she made were done. It’s past 2 weeks and still no changes on my account. I wish I didn’t have to spend my time again to handle this. Shame.

I love AAA but you get 3 stars because you keep sending me unmarked letters trying to sell me life insurance. Just email and stop sending this junk mail already. Mark your envelopes if you insist on bugging people.
