Maria the member service specialist was very helpful & kind! She went above and beyond in customer service. I’ve been to this location many times and everyone at this location has been very kind. I have very positive experiences when I visit this location.

Very poor service while performing a vehicle registration. The representative was rude and lacked the knowledge to perform her function. Had to keep redoing paperwork due to her bad instructions. Long wait time, getting closer to being the DMV. After 40 years, I will now need to reconsider if I should renew my membership. I attempted to report this incident to the manager instead of writing a review, but their robot would not allow that.

Staff (in this particular location) are extremely rude and condescending, specially an impolite, ill-mannered, randy woman who grabbed and cut my old placard and threw it in trash while I was begging and entreating for not to do and return it to me to complete an artwork that I am doing from all my old placards during all these years She didn’t listen to me and did not return my cut placard. A big shame for AAA considering to cancel my membership after 38 years.
