horrible customer service!!! I'm asking her a question about a letter I received from the DMV because I have insurance, and she answers me rudely. She doesn't explain what she does, which leaves me speechless. She goes and brings me a driver. I wasn't rude. She was rude the whole time. Definitely don't come to this location. She is serving the customer at station number 5!!!!
Absolutely seamless transition for me to switch plates and get new car insurance. After others did not get back to me, they had folks willing to step up and continue to help their community. If you need a one stop shop, they are your people!

Awful. Went in after selling a vehicle to transfer the title to the new owner, and submit a release of liability form. Then, shortly afterward we started getting parking tickets in the mail for the vehicle we sold, and saw it was still registered under our name. Called AAA and turns out they never submitted the forms to the DMV. We paid them a processing fee to do it. Now we have to handle it ourselves even though we paid them to do it. BS service and waste of time and money!!!
