Terrible costumer service at this AAA location. Very unwelcoming and stressful. All I went in for was to ask for a Metrolink map and the lady was very rude. Definitely recommend going to the Fullerton branch.
What's the point of paying for a membership here if it takes just as long, if not, longer than the actual DMV.
If I could less than zero stars I would. They’ve misapplied my payments to someone else’s account, then when I demanded answers to how they screwed up, never told me what they did until I caught them, then said they would send me emails explaining exactly what they did, and exactly how they corrected it, and if they actually credited the money back to my balance where it should have been in the first place.
