WORST MANAGER AT AAA. I ACTUALLY DID A SURVEY FOR GIOVANNI THE MANAGER. HE ASKED ME IF I COULD GIVE A POSITIVE FEEDBACK ABOUT HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE ON A SURVEY I WAS GOING TO RECEIVED. WHICH I DID AND RETURN HE WOULD HELP ME SAVE MONEY ON MY CAR INSURANCE POLICY. I CHECKED MY NEW POLICY IAM NOT SAVING MONEY . HE DID NOT HELP ME. WASTED MY TIME. Saves time with many DMV items. The staff are way friendlier than many of the DMV disgruntled state workers!!

Tengo años con AAA y ahora Eh tratado de contactar una representante. Y no es posible me cuelgan las llamadas son muy inespertos. Pago mucho para el servicio k dan los representantes. Necesito agregar un car y es imposible hablar con alguien por ena pregunta k tengo. No los recomiendo y me cambiaré de aseguranza
