The staff at this location was so polite and curious. I almost wish I had more services needed
Horrible customer service !!! No one has a clue how to be friendly, nice, attentive, customer service Basic skills. They all are doing nothing and looking how to do less...!!! The guy that helped me won't event right the date on the paper 😆 🤣 😂 ... He was dragging along with the worst addition. Wow???
My husband came in here with paid proof of insurance, needed a day pass registration to get my car smogged for the DMV registration. They turned him away because they could not “certify the date.” I’d be understanding of this if my husband didn’t call me worried he looked “too young to be taken seriously” because the agent he met with, older man with white hair, was snarky with him. Fantastic service, and it was fast.
I have been a AAA member for years, I went into the Upland location to make changes. I was assisted by a agent for car insurance and I was quoted a specific amount for my monthly premium. Documents were signed etc. When my auto withdrawal was made, was almost the double of what my premium was. I called and emailed this office and as of TODAY no one has emailed me or called me back! I called the AAA customer service for auto insurance and the representative assisted me and EXPLAINED why the premium was so high. I was able to ... read more
