I love going to this place, not only because I’m a member, not only because of the fact I have great auto insurance,.. but also because there is DMV Service folks there. I’ve always loved that about this place.
Be very patient with the Heavy set Hispanic woman at the front counter, She’s extremely rude and dismissive.
Loyal customer for 10+ yr. This branch of AAA insurance is nothing short of putrid, harsh employees and manager. Keep charging me hundreds dollars more when I have a spotless driving record. They will stop at nothing to charge you as much money as they can. Beware of deceptive practices from these snakes.
This review is for the auto insurance department only. Very deceptive and possibly illegal practices going on at this branch. My father was sold insurance at the branch, everything paid for complete with a thank you and goodbye. A few weeks pass, we get the letter in the mail saying that the premium was off and that we owe them a couple hundred more. Mind you, this was after the deal was done and finalized. Today at the front desk, Katherine or Catherine, she was rude to me today. My mom was trying to talk to me about something, but Katherine kept trying to cut me off trying to respond back repeating the same question 4 to 5 times. It was very upsetting and frustrating to why she wouldn't let me finish. AAA I hope you guys see this and say something to her, because I've never had a problem with this branch until now.
