11/21/25 Catherine in DMV Services at the Diamond Bar office is very knowledgeable, kind and patient. Recently, she helped me with detailed situation in regards to a flatbed trailer to bring things up to date. I truly appreciate all her help and direction. Past review: I have always had excellent and friendly service at this office. I have done simple tasks as well as very complex ones and never have I had a bad encounter. Thank you Diamond Bar AAA.
They dont cater to deaf members! They call your name and if you can't hear them, you get passed and put in a queue. I sat for several minutes watching others come and go, nobody approached me, I had to walk up to the desk and speak to the front desk and ask why and all I got was an attitude. This in my opinion is an ADA liability.
Receptionist is friendly & approachable but most of all the travel agent, Beth did a very good job in booking our family vacation last September. She's very knowledgeable, help us planned a very memorable, enjoyable , fantastic one, & this is her 2nd time to do it for us. Thank you Beth
