So I ordered a part from here and first they gave me the wrong part, I took it back and then I was getting the run around about what day the part came on. So I decided to ask for a refund and they told me. no where on this receipt it says no refund. I’m highly pissed offf
My gf bought a 03 dodge stratus alternator 4 cylinder last week and we finally got someone to put it on today and come to find out the alternator was for a 6 cylinder. I have the receipt for it if need be.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. called before I came for a used auto battery, provided battery number & vehicle model. He stated THEY DID HAVE IT AVAILABLE. I get to the shop at 8:30, I sit there waiting until 9:15 only to be brought the COMPLETELY WRONG BATTERY FOR A DIFFERENT VEHICLE. TOTAL IDIOTS, like kids are running the place !!!! They’re customers are NOT a priority to them I wish I could give ZERO STARS
