Very Disappointed, is not strong enough to express the poor service i had from here, spoke to them on the phone regarding a transmission for Outlander, yep we have one, you will need to pay $3500, for us to take it out, yep that's fine paid. I'll need it delivered to Geelong in 2 weeks time here is address, all in email and phone calls, so 2 weeks pass ready for collection, no transmission so call up oh its still in the car. The most unorganised wreckers ! Had to wait an hour for my parts to come down only for the wheel to be damaged. Was told prior that there was no damage… staff don’t know the condition of their stock and don’t even flinch when they waste costumers time. Unfortunate for me and them I had to walk away empty handed.
