When I first signed on with this company for a member you couldn't ask for a better place do business but now it has turned into a joke broke down on I-20 dangerous place it was going to be a 2-hour wait minimum a officer deputy stopped and told me that I had to get it off the road quicker than 2 hours so needs to say I had to hire a tow truck driver myself pay for it out of pocket now I got a fight to get reimbursement

Triple AAA+Triple F If you wait until this company comes to tow your vehicle to a repair shop, you most likely will be waiting for a looong time. I have been a "Loyal" Triple AAA member for 15 years, and have had terrible service when I needed it. More than once. One time it was four hours waiting in a dangerous situation.
