AAA Auburn is so awesome....took my 91 and 94 year old parents for passbook photo and the girl was so so so nice and awesome with them. Not everyone can work with elderly people. Excellent service.
I recently booked a cruise through AAA. The service was excellent. The travel representative was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we received the best price for our trip. In addition, we were able to obtain passport pictures at the AAA office during one of the busiest days of the year with limited wait time.
I went to AAA on one of the busiest days of the year -- Christmas Eve -- to buy movie passes for gifts. Everything went went smoothly and I was in and out in no time. Very friendly staff!!
I bought several American Express gift cards in various denominations from the Auburn, MA branch and the woman who assisted me was so patient and made sure that each one had the accurate denomination. She was pleasant throughout the whole transaction (I'm not sure I would want to handle processing those Amex gift cards because it is a bit involved). She was lovely!
no complaints on getting the pictures here. I would not go to the worcester office because of bad experience in the past
We planned a last minute vacation to the Grand Canyon and went to our local AAA office for assistance. To say that Patty went above and beyond is putting it mildly. We did not want to buy a "package" vacation and somehow she managed to work out all of the details to fit our requirements and timeline. She was truly amazing. We would recommend AAA travel services to everyone.
