They are assured...to dodge your phone calls and emails. I dropped my ceiling samples off on Wednesday, very clear that our inspection contract was due Saturday. And I called the next day just to make sure the testing for asbestos was on its way. No answer. I sent an email. No answer. I called again. No answer. Had samples taken by their employee 3 weeks ago. Have not heard a word. Have left messages at Tacoma phone several times with no response. Now have left messages on all of their listed phone numbers and have as of today sent emails to all employees listed on the website. If I operated my business like that, I would be out of business. How many weeks does it take to return a phone call?

Assured Quality definitely has an issue with Anthony Walters article. I'm all for placing a comment if a company provides truly a poor job. Usually these incidents are not isolated and in the environmental industry companies open and close shortly thereafter.This is our first negative review in 13 years. We are on Angie's list with a favorable reviews.
