I have been doing business with AAA for years, the folks that work there are courteous and prompt. Their prices are great, they deliver quickly and remove old appliances with no hassle. Any issues I have had with an appliance I have bought from them was addressed quickly and professionally. I recommend this business to my friends.
I wish I had read these reviews before I called them for service. They gladly took my money for a service call then never called me back with a time or price to fix my washer. When I went to see them they got very defensive and out right lied about calling me. Any calls wre made by me. I finally had to call Sears, my washer was a Kenmore, and when they came to look at our washer they told me that what AAA had told us was wrong with it was not correct. BUYER BEWARE, This appliance store and it's father, daughter owners are complete habitual liars, complied with there disgusting roach infested broken down used appliances are the worst ghetto people in business. From July to January numerous complaints went unanswered, ignored and when they did answered excuse after excuse were given, appointments broken for repairs to why the refrigerator wasn't clean and more importantly how they could they send any appliance with live roaches crawling all inside. i wish i didn't have to give this business, if you can call it that, one star. its undeserved. the owner gave me the runaround about returning $125 cash i paid for a dishwasher which never left the store in my possession. i fixed my own dishwasher and returned in three days for my money back and the owner told me he didn't have the money and I'd have to return in a week. His daughter told me he took a four day trip, i consider his trip was on my dime. I told her holding my money and not returning it immediately was stealing.... read more
Every excuse under the sun, except the truth. They couldn't even muster up the motivation to pretend to care. This was a great experience gone terribly wrong. The person I initially spoke to kept forgetting to do very simple things; things that any good business person recognizes is a behavior that supports their business.
