Great communication, great service. I called to request service call on our GE propane range. I had an appointment set within two days. They came out checked the range , Ordered the part two days later they came to install. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Paul was very knowledgeable about the problem and prompt with repairs. He assessed the problem and was ready to fix it immediately. On the first visit and the following one. I would recommend this service to everyone.
Scheduling and communication were efficient and timely! Thanks Brittany! Josh arrived early after checking on my availability. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and completed the work efficiently and professionally on my washing machine
Called AAA, spoke to Brittany, very courteous and helpful, part ordered, repair scheduled. LG Tech Josh came to the house, very knowledgeable and personable. Repair was fast and complete!! It’s hard to find this level of customer service in the world today. Thank you much!
