This company damaged a friend's floor when repairing an appliance and now they refuse to fix the damage. They will "provide new flooring, but will not pay to have it replaced". What kind of business does this? They come into your home, damage a new floor that is less than 1 year old, and then try to tell the homeowners that "they do not know if the original floor was properly installed, so they will not pay to have a new floor installed". Do not be stupid like I was and use AAA. They came to fix my microwave and told me I should just replace it. The werent even sure what was wrong with it. I decided to get a second opinion, which cost me less than theirs and they temporarily fixed it until the part came in to fix the main problem. I will NEVER use AAA again for anything!!
I used AAA during a recent upgrade of my kitchen appliances. Their work saved me hundreds of dollars. I strongly recommend them.
We have used this company on two occasions. They have reasonable repair prices and the repair men (we had two different ones) solved the issues. I will call them in the future if the need arises. The fact they are a local company is also important to me.

Their service is always prompt and the technicians go out of their way to explain what is wrong with our appliances. I wouldn't call anyone else. We've recommended them to our family and friends and they have also had excellent service from this company.
You can always get prompt courtesy service from AAA Appliance. We've used them over the past number of years and have always appreciated their service. They are very good at diagnosing the problem and order repair parts immediately, so you are sure to be back in operation in as short a time as possible.
