Bobby came out to my house 2 months ago to look at my under-the-counter ice machine. He said I needed a part. I was then told it would take a month for the part to come in. After a month i called to check on the part. I was told someone goes to the warehouse to check on parts everyday and no part had come in yet. Horrible service…… Technician was rude and rushed to get to the next appointment. Doesn’t know a thing about appliances. Talked about how other things other than focusing on appliances. On a scale of o1-5, I’d give them one. Awful!!!
