When I 1st moved to South Bend area had a problem with my washer he actually diagnosed it over phone and said to pick up part cuz it was easy to put on.. He gave me the part for free and I told me what to do to install literally took me 2 minutes saving me a service call.. Thanx John and AAA appliance
