I would like to pass my appreciation to a beautiful lady whose name is Yadi. As a 6 years membership of AAA, I have no experience of selling any vehicle. Yadi was the front desk officer who handled my inquiries consisted of some silly questions. She showed her patience towards an old man like me and gave me direction to complete the transfer of ownership step by step. DMV would have been faster. At DMV you can at least make an appointment
I have an extremely poor experience at this particular AAA branch. They made a simple task to an astronomical hoops for people to jump through ( probably worst than local DMV ). I will not recommend this place for anyone who wants to handle their insurance issues and or any other problems. I would give them a negative star if I can.
Always easy in & out! Staff is always helpful and friendly! Plenty of parking Whether it's for DMV issues, insurance of all sorts or travel, AAA does a great job!
