This AAA office in Mobile, AL is less than useless. Horrible communication - horrible customer service - horrible product knowledge - horrible in all ways applicable.
On March 18, 2025, I Called Mobile, Alabama AAA 24HR Roadside Assistance @ 3am reporting a flat tire.... I didn't have the tools to replace the flat with the spare as this was a rental......I was told it will be a 1 hr. wait....no problem as I'm at a Circle K fueled up and drinking coffee. 3.5 hours later service arrives. I receive a text from Kristal...who is perturb she has to deal with this issue...like it's my fault I had a flat tire. I have been a AAA member for years.
