I had a trip planned to Asia and I dropped the insurance for my vehicle, planning to sell it. I called AAA Mobile from LAX to request this. They said ok, but never did it. After arriving to my destination a couple of days later, I see I have been billed. They inform me they account refund the amount to my account, they have to mail a paper check. Had some sudden changes to an international trip plan and was going to need a IDP. I initially did the online application but upon completion and seeing when it would arrive by I got nervous as it was expected a day before leaving. I decided to goto the local branch and see if I could just get it done asap and cancel the online app. They had it ready in 10 minutes and reached out to their corporate offices to see about canceling the online app. Kelly and Tiffany have great customer service
I went in to get my first international drivers permit and the girls up front were super helpful, friendly and just made my experience super smooth. Very professional! Shout out to Tiffany, Forest, and the other lady (I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name )
Horrible customer service from this branch to get my daughter's membership card. They said it was on the way in MARCH (it's now the end of May) and it has not come yet. They gave her a bogus ID# which does not even have the correct # of digits. WILL CANCEL if customer service does not fix this. Very upset at this business.
Absolutely beautiful. I recommend you retain the services of A and B towing of Vancleve: especially its young CEO and hard working man Mike Knight. they are the company that gets it from Point A to Point B: I have been doing this same task professionally since 1985...lol
