Great staff and wwaas very efficient
I was in the Huntsville Alabama location on 08/11/26 to pay the renewal of auto, rental insurance as well as make appointment for the upcoming TSA-PRECHECK. The person that took my insurance renewal payments was officially new, and that is okay. However, the insurance person at the desk that assisted the counter person never offered me a seat, nor did they apologize for the lnconvenience this lengthy process took. DO NOT USE AAA TRAVEL AGENCY!!! My mother-in-law arranged an Alaskan cruise with the Huntsville AL AAA Agency, and all was paid for and arranged. On the morning of our departure, we found out that 2 of our airline tickets had been cancelled somehow, and we had to pay an extra $2500 out of our own pocket on top of what we had paid or not go on vacation. It’s now been over three weeks since, and we have yet to see any money back or an explanation of what happened. You’re better off planning things yourself!
