I normally have 3-4 companies come and talk to me about work I need done around the house. I did my homework and vetted A/C companies and called AAA Airco first. They came out right away and figured out my problem. I felt totally secure with their assessment and decided to just go with them without checking out other highly rated companies which is totally out of character for me. Their crew was amazing and the work was clean and organized. I would recommend them to anyone.
Our AC went out at 10p. Reached out to them and they agreed to meet at the house at 8a. Cam was on time & very professional. He explained what needed to be fixed and gave us an accurate estimate. He had all the parts on hand and had it done within 2 hrs. Our AC unit is over 10yrs old, they didn't try and upcharge us or push unnecessary fixes on us and even showed us how to maintain to extend the life of the unit. We'll definitely use & recommend them in the future.
I couldn’t recommend this company more! They have replaced our upstairs and downstairs AC units and installed a mini split that all work great. Any time we have issues, their team is coming out to fix it within a few minutes no matter the day of the week or time. They are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and make you feel like you’re being taken care of as if you were family. I can’t thank them more!
