I called due to my furnace unexpectedly failing to turn on and becoming highly unreliable! Ed answered my call early in the morning and came over in an hour to inspect it. I’m always going to go to Mr Ed as I call him! He’s diligent and on time if early. I met him and his business as I purchased my first home. Followed his sticker on a unit that had been in the home since it was built in the 90s. Since then if I call him he always makes himself available and offers reasonable pricing and explanations. I will refer him to any home or business because of his expertise and professionalism. Thank you Mr. Ed for always being available via text or phone call!

Recently my gas furnace malfunctioned. I called AAA Air Conditioning & Heating and spoke with Ed. He came to my house within an hour. He said there was a problem with the heat exchanger. The decision was made to replace the 20 year old furnace. It was Saturday, and he drove all the way to Ellicott City to pick up my new furnace even though icy weather was predicted. I recently had an emergency with my water heater leaking internally. I called AAA and left a message and within 5 minutes Ed returned my call and arrived to my house within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue and advised me how to drain the tank so no further water damage would occur. Gave a fair and honest quote and was able to do the repair the next day. Ed was great and made this as headache free as possible for me and I really appreciated the service from him and AAA.

I have had Ed come out to my home for 7+ years now to maintain my HVAC unit. In 2023, he install a new HVAC unit and a new furnace in 2024. He detected leaks in the furnace that was leaking carbon monoxide in the system, and was able to replace the unit within the week with an energy efficient one.
