I called due to my furnace unexpectedly failing to turn on and becoming highly unreliable! Ed answered my call early in the morning and came over in an hour to inspect it. In short, Ed identified a faulty control board as the culprit and replaced it quickly, efficiently and for the fairest price you'll find anywhere! We had an excellent experience with Ed from AAA Air Conditioning & Heating. He arrived promptly, conducted himself with the utmost professionalism, and offered a very fair price. Most importantly, he diagnosed and repaired our AC unit quickly and efficiently. I’m always going to go to Mr Ed as I call him! He’s diligent and on time if early. I met him and his business as I purchased my first home. Followed his sticker on a unit that had been in the home since it was built in the 90s. Since then if I call him he always makes himself available and offers reasonable pricing and explanations. I will refer him to any home or business because of his expertise and professionalism. Thank you Mr. Ed for always being available via text or phone call!

Of course my air would go out as soon as it hits 97 degrees. I noticed that my unit was running but wasn't blow cold air. I called AAA and ED came out the same day to look at the AC unit. He diagnosed and fixed the issue in less than hour. He explained the issue and told me what I would need to do in the future. Polite and professional and the price was honest. Absolutely would call again or recommended to a friend who needed HVAC repair.

Our AC stopped working yesterday. We called AAA and left a message. Ed called us back almost immediately and was able to come by within a few hours. He fixed the unit in no time and was friendly, professional and efficient. What could have been a terrible ordeal in the height of summer turned into a minor blip thanks to AAA Air Conditioning and Heating.
