I’m always going to go to Mr Ed as I call him! He’s diligent and on time if early. I met him and his business as I purchased my first home. Followed his sticker on a unit that had been in the home since it was built in the 90s. Since then if I call him he always makes himself available and offers reasonable pricing and explanations. I will refer him to any home or business because of his expertise and professionalism. Thank you Mr. Ed for always being available via text or phone call!

We had an excellent experience with Ed from AAA Air Conditioning & Heating. He arrived promptly, conducted himself with the utmost professionalism, and offered a very fair price. Most importantly, he diagnosed and repaired our AC unit quickly and efficiently. We are thoroughly pleased with the service we received and will continue to rely on Ed and the AAA team for all of our HVAC needs.

I recently had an emergency with my water heater leaking internally. I called AAA and left a message and within 5 minutes Ed returned my call and arrived to my house within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue and advised me how to drain the tank so no further water damage would occur. Gave a fair and honest quote and was able to do the repair the next day. Ed was great and made this as headache free as possible for me and I really appreciated the service from him and AAA.

The decision was made to replace the 20 year old furnace. It was Saturday, and he drove all the way to Ellicott City to pick up my new furnace even though icy weather was predicted. At 8:30 a.m. on Super Bowl Sunday Ed and his helper arrived. The new furnace was blowing warm air at 11:30 a.m. I got to see two holes in my old heat exchanger a... read more
