I called due to my furnace unexpectedly failing to turn on and becoming highly unreliable! Ed answered my call early in the morning and came over in an hour to inspect it. In short, Ed identified a faulty control board as the culprit and replaced it quickly, efficiently and for the fairest price you'll find anywhere! I’m always going to go to Mr Ed as I call him! He’s diligent and on time if early. I met him and his business as I purchased my first home. Followed his sticker on a unit that had been in the home since it was built in the 90s. Since then if I call him he always makes himself available and offers reasonable pricing and explanations. Recently my gas furnace malfunctioned. I called AAA Air Conditioning & Heating and spoke with Ed. He came to my house within an hour. He said there was a problem with the heat exchanger. The decision was made to replace the 20 year old furnace. It was Saturday, and he drove all the way to Ellicott City to pick up my new furnace even though icy weather was predicted.
