I called due to my furnace unexpectedly failing to turn on and becoming highly unreliable! Ed answered my call early in the morning and came over in an hour to inspect it. In short, Ed identified a faulty control board as the culprit and replaced it quickly, efficiently and for the fairest price you'll find anywhere! I’m always going to go to Mr Ed as I call him! He’s diligent and on time if early. I met him and his business as I purchased my first home. Followed his sticker on a unit that had been in the home since it was built in the 90s. Since then if I call him he always makes himself available and offers reasonable pricing and explanations. I will refer him to any home or business because of his expertise and professionalism. Thank you Mr. Ed for always being available via text or phone call!

Our AC stopped working yesterday. We called AAA and left a message. Ed called us back almost immediately and was able to come by within a few hours.
