Owner was totally overwhelmed by recovery project and sent untrained workers, including one with an open warrant, who did additional damage to our house. When the showed up at all. Asked for full payment before jobs were completed and did not inspect the work or screen workers. Unacceptable.
Complete lack of oversight, grabbing unknown sub contractors literally off the street. Different workers have shown up for only 1 or 2 half days per week for almost 2 months now. Job was supposed to take 1 week! What our family has experienced is nothing short of negligence. If you don't have known and trusted subcontractor relationships you should NOT be bidding jobs and going into people's homes.
