Scam artists that landed in our house via Choice Home Warranty. They will rush you to pay them in cash, write it up so it will not be approved by the insurance company, and then offer you do the work for you under the table.
If I could give them a - 5 Star, I would, because I called their public number three times, once to place my order, to get my kitchen faucet replaced, and each time I was asked the same questions, which indicates to me that they are using some kind of messaging service.
