This place is terrible. I don't even know where to begin. First, I understand we had to wait for my warranty company to approve the work to be done, but to get these people to come out to do the work after the approval has been nothing but a headache. Over a month I have been trying to get the plumbing fixed inside and outside the house. When you call, you speak to a lady on the phone who says she will call the technician who will then call you.
