The experience with this insurance company was very disappointing. There was a noticeable lack of professionalism and empathy during our interactions. I found it quite challenging to communicate with a manager named Brandon from the Auto Insurance Department, who did not allow me to speak with a higher authority despite my requests. I was recently rear ended in my truck. I called it in to AAA the next morning and completed a recorded statement about what happened. I was told I could take it to the repair shop of my choice. I asked them who they recommended and they said Fairway Ford. I took it to Fairway Ford and they told me they would order the parts and for me to take it in on Monday. I did and they said they would need the car for a couple days. When I got the truck back the paint on the bumper didn’t match the front bumper. The color is different. ... read more
☆☆☆☆ Waste of time and money. They refused to tow my car. I called for a tow from my house a few days after a snow storm, but AAA refused because they were "only focusing on street tows🤔." Apparently, my emergency wasn't the right kind of emergency. I ended up paying a local company $200. I deserve a refund for a service I paid for but couldn't use when it mattered.
Had AAA membership for years. I had a great experience over the phone with them. The service has been fast and pleasant
