After my vehicle was hit by a AAA member, they instructed me to go to their repair shop to fix the minor cosmetic damages. While at the Spectrum Collision shop, they more than doubled their costs. Annette Dominguez and Josh Penn have been a nightmare to work with in the matter. They offered less than the loan payoff, then refused to salvage the totalled vehicle, threatening me that they were going to tow it to my property. Very disappointed, have been a customer with AAA for over 20years. Spending alot of money to protect my assets. I had 2 small claims with AAA and got a call from AAA they are droping covering me ND there is noting I can do to keep our relationship with them. They told me that According to their policy that they have if you file 2 claims with them regardless of cost it could be 1 claim $41 and another claim for a $1 They will automatically drop you for these claims. Not only was their quote a misleading bait n switch but now they won't stop emailing and calling me. I told the agent clearly that I'm not interested in their business, but no. Spamming must go on, it seems.
