Run away from this company. They just sell home insurance just to show theyre working, but never follow through. I got a quote for homeowners insurance, but about a month later I received a cancellation notice because the insurance sales agent, Ryan Byrd, and his manager, Deven Sisodia, never submitted my property information and photos to underwriting. AAA roadside assistance service damaged my tire by plugging the tire which is against AAA policy. My claim was denied as I didn’t have pictures or video of the AAA roadside assistance service plugging my tire. So AAA expects its customers to record what they do to our cars during a service call instead of having their own documentation of service. As per AAA the service during the call was fill the air on a flat tire and leave, standard practice is to offer tow. Complete lack of credibility and a fraud organization.
Your app is garbage!! It’s impossible to use. Why do you have to keep changing things when what you had in place was working.
