Called me at 9am to inform me a technician would show up between 11am and 1pm. At 1pm when no one showed i called back and was told within a hour. At 3pm no one showed up or even called. The level of unprofessionalism is mind-blowing. Wasted me entire day

I just had a really GREAT experience with James at AAA Able Air Conditioning. My AC has been giving me problems off and on for the past year. I knew we needed a new one (it was 20 years old), but ws trying to get by with fixing it here and there. Last week it died :( AAA has worked on the AC units at our church for a low price, so I thought I'd call them.
