I went today for a high-mileage oil change worth $75. The entire time I was there, the guys were talking amongst themselves about how they weren't sure how to change the oil in this car ("I'm just guessing this is the oil filter *laughs* *starts banging around with tools*") I offered to look up a YouTube video to assist.
