RecommendedLove the team at AAA-1 Roof Care. From the initial call for our annual cleanup to the final invoice receipt, this company is top notch. Emma, Gilbert and everyone seems to go out of their way to ensure you are getting the service needed. They make recommendations yet no pressure. And, my roof looks beautiful again as did everything else...gutters, cleanup, etc. THANK YOU!
Not very pleased with how our service was handled. According to the coupon we used that referred us to the service it clearly states “All debris cleaned up” which did not happen. Spots to our house were skipped over including our skylight and downspouts. Claimed they moved things during clean up which did not happen. Tried contacting the office several times but no one answered the phone. We would have not paid for this service had we known they would not fully clean up the debris. I just wanted to let you know what an outstanding job Leon did with our roof. It looks new! If I don't have to see any moss for a couple years even better :) I also want to thank you for the extra level of detail that you guys included...spraying off the patio and driveway of all of the roof debris. I was not looking forward to what I was going to be able to do with it since we are leaving for Phoenix in the morning.
