90 minute ETA turned into over 3 hours in below freezing weather. even after calling at 2 hour mark was told 30 minutes and still ended up being over another hour.

I dont live far and have lived here for almost 10 years. only place I will use to get keys made , use for lock outside, and today. my bf was having problems with the keypad on his safe. he has been in contact back and forth with the safe company in Caldwell for a month. their service and customer service is a joke. I told him to call triple a. because ya never know.
