Very excellent customer service, beginning with initial contact and completion of service on both of our units.
Company got my address and now sends unsolicited spam mail. Assured me my info was "only for their records" at the time.
I highly recommend this company for all services. This is the second mini split we have had installed and the guys are great! Kelly came out measured and quoted a great price. Greg and Austin installed both units and I have to say - they are polite, knowledgeable and just do a great overall job. They clean up and put everything back in place. Thanks guys! My boyfriend & I just used this company to install a full indoor/outdoor unit in a home we just moved into! Bought a new RUUD heat pump and furnace from AAA1 Heating & Cooling a couple years ago. Toward the end of Summer the heat pump quit Cooling and I paid the service fee for them to come check. They said I needed a coil for the outside unit (still under warranty) and the estimate for labor cost and parts to replace the coil would be $1662.00. I tried to contact RUUD, no response. We made it to fall and then when it started to get cooler, we tried to use new furnace, no heat. Another service fee, had to replace electronic board ... read more
