Worst company I've ever come across. Not to mention this is the company the City of North Richland Hills has towing vehicles for them. Damaged my vehicle, towed it unlawfully, dispatch hung up on me 3 times. Keep in mind this is the company you have to deal with when your car is towed by NRH police department. The city needs to find another company to use. Very rude, unprofessional group of people. It's embarrassing to the city when this is the kind of people they contract and do business with.

Rude front desk people. They didn't even speak when I walked in. Acted like I was invisible. I waited a couple of minutes and finally spoke to them. No telling how long I would have just stood there! GREET your customers!!! We had to pay almost $300 to get a pickup out that was there due to no fault of our own! My husband was rear-ended, taken to the hospital and this is where the truck was. I think $300 deserves a "hello, may I help you?"
Worst customer service ever! I went to pick up my car that was towed there. I had a very bad experience there was 2 people in the front office and they completely ignored me until I politely said excuse me. The man yelled and said give us just a minute in an ugly tone and still did not look up Or help us. This is a wreck yard not a bed and breakfast. I was treated with respect, and dealt with in a timely manner.
I have no problems with the wrecked drivers. I DO NOT feel the same when it comes to the manager in the yard. then, the lack of training with the customer service. Is only superseded by the disrespect, manipulation of their ill trained staff, and overall disregard over what's right management and owners of AA Wrecking.
