The Technician that came to my home was very unprofessional. After demanding a cash payment upon leaving. ($270 cash) He failed to provide an invoice or receipt for the work that he said he completed. In addition, he didn't mitigate the reason for which he was called in the first place. This company over promises and under delivers upon their services. I would NOT use their services again. I apologize and was hoping you could give me more information? Did you get the name of the technician? Could you give me the address where the work was supposed to be performed? Can the owner of our company get in contact with you? Could you provide us with a number to reach out? Any info would be helpful because we do not operate like that! I do not think it was our Company!
They installed a bat door on my town home and now they are too lazy to come remove it and fill the hole after repeated promises to do so. Please follow up with Cusick Community Management and finish the job you started then I will adjust my review accordingly. Thanks.
The man who came out to take a baby squirrel from our property (while the mother was crying for it), was very rude and unprofessional. Us, not understanding the process and asking questions as to why it cant be released with it's mother, was answered back with attitude and literal yelling. Phrases like 'here we go again" "you are whats wrong with this country". The tone, attitude and display was noticed by several people in the neighborhood. I would advise not to use this company.
RecommendedJustin came out and was very professional and straightforward, and gave me a military discount. Very happy with them.
Justin from AA Wildlife came out all the way from Mooresville within 30 minutes of my call to make my yard safe for when my fur babies come home! They had been bitten by Copperheads and were hospitalized. Justin was very informative and professional. He answered all of our questions and took the extra time we needed to feel safe and at ease!!!! All around satisfied especially with the communication, customer service, and extra effort put in. I can tell he takes pride in what he does and in helping others.
Squirrels had made a nest in the front facade of our home. Justin the technician was able to come out the very next day and set traps to humanely relocate the squirrels. After catching all the squirrels Justin repaired and painted the damaged areas of our home. I would highly recommend AA Wildlife Pest Control to anyone having issues with pests. They were very professional, reliable and affordable. Thank You Justin and Thank You AA Wildlife!
Employee came out once for treatment. Due to come second time. Advised me on four different occasions that he would be out. Never showed and the problem is worse now than when treatment began. Will not use again.
