I had gotten Ray's number from my landscaper after getting three other quotes. I needed a very large dead tree removed. Ray came out the day after we spoke, which was a Sunday, and left me a shockingly better quote than all of the other tree companies. I had to call and ask if it was a mistake. It wasn't. Had them do previous work last year and went ok for the most part then when I called to have them come over to do more trimming and tree removal. Owner came to do an estimate and said it wasn't a problem at all. I followed up with him to get the estimate and all he did was complain about the job and when trying to reason with him he began swearing at me and saying very profound things. Ray came when he said he would for estimate, which was reasonable. Good discussion about what I wanted done, which was to reshape remaining tree limbs after two large ones had previously fallen on house. Arrived on time, good communication throughout job, finished in a timely manner. Very happy with, and appreciate, a job well done.

Ray just helped remove three trees nearby my house and also removed the stumps located at Slingerlands. He is very responsive and very professional with a very reasonable price. He has various different professional machines. I strongly recommend Ray and his team.
