Tom was happy to answer all of my questions, allowed me to demo my existing shelves on their pegboard, and was able to give me a detailed explanation on lead times, painting, powder coating, installation, shelf dimensions, and more.

Worst customer service and slow delivery. The John Hong the director of marketing and sales is just the worst person. You need to improve your service to your customers. I had to request my refund because they are just not worth my money. I rather buy anything way more expensive. I requested my refund 4/12 and up till now , I haven’t received my refund.

AA store fixtures, what to write about someone who is there for you, who helps you even after sale is completed and products delivered. Everything was awesome to calculate the store fixtures required and quality of product was beyond the imagination.Best in the industry and best products available. I can’t say it enough but they are awesome. Only one mistake I believe that was mine as I didn’t mention that we need lift gate but no reason to give lower ratings. John Hong has been very helpful. Thanks so much.

pricing is weird. why can't you have your pricing on the website the same is your quotes. not.."well, there's this and there's that..so price is more." etc. dealt with them before and thought it would be good to do business local but..... never mind.
