I been a loyal customer for three years. I went for my vette's smog check. A guy that I never seen there before pull out a "cell phone" and starting checking my information. When I asked what was he doing with my information on cell phone (in the past shop's computer was used) in a rude and condescending tone he said that "he was the owner and he was checking my vehicle info, why I was questioning him, and if I didn't like the way he did things to take vehicle elsewhere" (I believe he is middle eastern).
