The owner was so easy to work with. We got moved out of our unit a lot faster than planned and she was so understanding and accommodating, not to mention there were no automated calls. LOVED that especially. Great experience fair price. Would rent here again.

Used AA Self Storage while we were moving. Reserving a unit on-line was simple and easy. The unit was clean when we arrived to store our belongings and everything stayed dry during the spring storms. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has long or short term storage needs.

I was in need of a small storage unit and I had very little time to find one. I contacted AA Self Storage of Kansas and although they had nothing available at the current time of need, it was only a few days later that Pollly contacted me and said that one would be available very soon. Fortunately for me, everything worked out and my belongings could stay in Kansas while I returned back to New York State. I never thought I would be writing a review for a self-storage unit. However, this facility is so well managed I felt it necessary to spread the word to those who may be seeking temporary storage. The owner—Polly, could easily be the role model for all other storage facilities to learn from and follow. This place was fast, staff was friendly and the locstion was convenient during my move to a new state. Our storage unit was clean and the doors were in great shape and easy to use. Would recommend for any of your storage needs!
