The owner was so easy to work with. We got moved out of our unit a lot faster than planned and she was so understanding and accommodating, not to mention there were no automated calls. LOVED that especially. Great experience fair price. Would rent here again.
Used AA Self Storage while we were moving. Reserving a unit on-line was simple and easy. The unit was clean when we arrived to store our belongings and everything stayed dry during the spring storms. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has long or short term storage needs.
This place was fast, staff was friendly and the locstion was convenient during my move to a new state. Our storage unit was clean and the doors were in great shape and easy to use. Would recommend for any of your storage needs!
I was in need of a small storage unit and I had very little time to find one. I contacted AA Self Storage of Kansas and although they had nothing available at the current time of need, it was only a few days later that Pollly contacted me and said that one would be available very soon. We were selling or house in Kansas and building a new house in another state. Rented a unit from another rental facility and in 3 months had raised my rent over $100.00 dollars a month. I reached out to Polly and explained my situation and my experiences with public storage. She assured me that rental increases with her facility i would be notified before increased occurred.
