Unit was clean, easy to pay online, and got quick response when contacting management for anything I needed. Mrs. Johnson, I believe is the owner, is amazing! Went through some unexpected life changes and struggled a little financially, she was very understanding and considerate and accommodating! Great customer service. If I ever need to rent a storage unit again, this is where I will go!

I was in need of a small storage unit and I had very little time to find one. I contacted AA Self Storage of Kansas and although they had nothing available at the current time of need, it was only a few days later that Pollly contacted me and said that one would be available very soon. Fortunately for me, everything worked out and my belongings could stay in Kansas while I returned back to New York State. My locker had mice, it was broken into twice, items stolen. Owner said it was orchestrated by her employee. My locker was not the only “choice” of the thieves, but the owner, Penny, assured me “that it didn’t appear to be anything missing, but if I found things to be missing, I could “claim it on my homeowner’s insurance.” At that time, per my contracted agreement, I had to use the lock “they” provide. I never thought I would be writing a review for a self-storage unit. However, this facility is so well managed I felt it necessary to spread the word to those who may be seeking temporary storage. The owner—Polly, could easily be the role model for all other storage facilities to learn from and follow.
