Very friendly staff. Very helpful
I was impressed with the Butner AA Self Storage facility itself, but Tikeesha Satterfield, the assistant manager not only made me feel welcomed as a customer, she also made sure I understood everything about AA's lease with me, along the facility's requirements and policies. I have a transportation issue that she was working on for me as far as access to my storage unit. She was great; just that simple!
AAA Self Storage is awesome they definitely make sure that there customers are happy, and satisfied there staff is amazing, and caring there units are clean and well protected with around clock surveillance they even provide a electric vehicle charging for your convenience they are definitely an A plus in my book.
Excellent customer service Janice was amazing and so sweet and nice she answered all things in detail. Tikeesha was so very helpful she showed me my unit got my account set up and went through everything in detail very sweet people
We have been using AA storage since 2019. We eventually moved our items to the Butner, NC location. What a pleasure it is doing business with these people. They are always friendly, professional and accommodating. You will not be disappointed using their storage facility. We highly recommend.
