Could be timing with Covid, etc. but the whole process was slow, frustrating, and costly. Windows were installed on coldest day of the year and broke. There was a broken window; which was replaced, but some of the other windows oozed out some brown stuff that stained the trim around it. A few of the windows don't latch properly and they have condensation or fogging depending on the season. The sales guy was great and I do believe they tried to make things right (slowly), but this just didn't work out for us.
Rick Parsons gave me the information and answered questions that helped in the selection of shingles for my roof. The finished roof looks Fantastic. The crew who did the job were very good and left the area spotless. Overall great experience.
Rick Parsons was very professional, courteous and straightforward. He gave us our quote the same day he came out to our home. We can’t wait to see how the job looks when they are done.

I am using this company to replace my roof and gutters due to storm damage. Even though the service is not completed yet I wanted to let everyone know that I am working with Rick Parsons from A & A Roofing and Exteriors. He came out and went on roof, took pictures of all of the damage and then sat and went through everything he found in detail with me.
