this man is so blind he couldn't see the 4 roof vents, he was too lazy to get up all the attic stairs and took a pic of the attic ceiling at the top of the stairs, he assessed it as an FHA loan and when we had it switched to conventional he refused to recognize that and refused to send in the paperwork, the mortgage company hates him now, the owner whom is a home buyer hates him and the title company also despises him, how is it that he is still in business? probably not for long, he asks what the house is selling at and ass... read more
