Had an active radon mitigation installed on a Friday (5/8). Where we paid in cash due to the discounted rate. Archie came back to pick up the test on Monday (5/11) and said he would send the report that afternoon. I have not heard from him since, it is now Friday (5/15). I have emailed him, called him, and texted him. The number listed on his Estimate goes to a different person and the number I used to initially talk to him on is "Unavailable" now. Leaving a 1 star review because we had Archie come out to install 2 radon mitigation systems. Archie required a deposit to come, totally understandable. So we paid that promptly. Everything seemed to go well (?) During both installations, he even worked hard to have them both done the same day and did a great job communicating, (we originally booked two days in a row, but due to weather the next day for the 2nd install he jusy went ahead and finished both the same day which was nice). What a lifesaver! I called and he came out the next day. The day after, he fixed my radon!!! Such fast and great service. I would definitely recommend A & A Radon.
Multiple issues with communication and lack of follow up Would not recommend.
A & A installed a radon mitigation system in my older home. I am so delighted with their professional and friendly service, I want to spread the word. My radon level was 23 before mitigation. The post test had it down to 1.4. This business provides all the benefits of being family-run, and runs like a well-oiled machine. Bravo A & A!
