Where to start?! Do not trust Archie! This guy is not legit. He did not finish the job then ghosted me (after he was paid in full). He never finished setting up the system and did not come back for the test. I called and texted him multiple times. My realtor and the listing agent realtor also tried to get a hold of him and he did not respond to any of us. Archie took our payment, but not finish the job or answer calls when we reached out repeatedly. Avoid this business.
BLUF: illegitimate radon business! After getting ghosted by Archie post-installation, we reached out to Colorado Radon Program and it turns out neither Archie or A&A Radon are certified.
Had an active radon mitigation installed on a Friday (5/8). Where we paid in cash due to the discounted rate. Archie came back to pick up the test on Monday (5/11) and said he would send the report that afternoon. I have not heard from him since, it is now Friday (5/15). I have emailed him, called him, and texted him. The number listed on his Estimate goes to a different person and the number I used to initially talk to him on is "Unavailable" now. Leaving a 1 star review because we had Archie come out to install 2 radon mitigation systems. Archie required a deposit to come, totally understandable. So we paid that promptly. Everything seemed to go well (?) During both installations, he even worked hard to have them both done the same day and did a great job communicating, (we originally booked two days in a row, but due to weather the next day for the 2nd install he jusy went ahead and finished both the same day which was nice).
