I wouldn't recommend renting from this company if you are looking for something to rent. They are unprofessional, they lack communication, and just overall poor customer service. A little back story. I have rented from this company for the past 2 years and have been a good tenant. The first year I dealt with a really nice lady that helped us out when we needed, and was just overall a great person to deal with. Now she no longer works there. It would appear that they enjoy denying individuals the opportunity to rent anything as their investigator does Not contact the potential renter....rather he contacts previous landlords and does not substantiate the claims made (even by a slum lord). The office help appears to know little about customer service as I found them to be rude. I would not recommend them as there are many property managers that care about being fair and reasonable and respectful...I found none of that at A&A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.....
Please research, consider the reviews from others and lease somewhere else if you can. Bunch of crooks, Not worth the time. Many already warned me before I signed the lease, should've listened.
