Do not rent from this property management. One of their properties had a serious mold problem. We paid over $400 for an independent professional hygienist to test the property (after the “repair” they made), and the results showed that both inside our apartment and outside the building had unsafe mold levels. Despite this, management repeatedly dismissed it as "mildew". To be fair, the maintenance technician was the only person who actually tried to help. They don’t deserve the bad wrap the reviews give. Pay your bills, take care of their property, and understand this is a VERY local property management in Rapid, so they don’t have tons of people working for them so be understanding. People are so quick to point the finger but they helped out us in a pinch moving into our house and moving out wasn’t bad. Clean the place when you leave and be respectful. People seem to lack common respect.
Unfortunately I have to leave a star. I would not recommend this company. They are horrible at communicating with you. Have canceled multiple times on me and my spouse. One time they didn’t even show up to a showing which caused us to me late to work when we waited for them for an HOUR. Now they are saying it was our fault. They are so rude and unprofessional.
