Unfortunately I have to leave a star. I would not recommend this company. They are horrible at communicating with you. Have canceled multiple times on me and my spouse. One time they didn’t even show up to a showing which caused us to me late to work when we waited for them for an HOUR. Now they are saying it was our fault. They are so rude and unprofessional. They a not nice to tents and make people feel bad
My family rented from A&A and the communication is poor. The shower in the basement leaks through the bathroom wall. Drainage issues in the bathroom ant infestation and they knew about it. The whole time of our lease that we’ve been here they told us what we could do to fix the leak and he complained and said he won’t put a new shower in when we never said anything about a new shower it leaked thru the wall into my personal belongings.
