My family rented from A&A and the communication is poor. The shower in the basement leaks through the bathroom wall. Drainage issues in the bathroom ant infestation and they knew about it. The whole time of our lease that we’ve been here they told us what we could do to fix the leak and he complained and said he won’t put a new shower in when we never said anything about a new shower it leaked thru the wall into my personal belongings. I reside across the street from a house managed by A&A Property Management. For thirteen years, the house has not been maintained. It is an eyesore in our neighborhood. Tenants are not held accountable for yard upkeep or pet care. The last tenant they rented to, I had to put a restraining order against him for threatening to harm me and my pets. When you reach out to the owner of A&A with concerns, she is very rude and unhelpful.
Called to view properties, on the other end of the phone I received incorrect information from rude people. The office does not open until 9AM, and they didn't answer until nearly 9:45, at which point, they informed me the property I wished to view would be showed at 11:00 AM. I was over an hour away, and hurried to the property only to find myself 6 minutes (exactly) late. I wouldn't recommend renting from this company if you are looking for something to rent. They are unprofessional, they lack communication, and just overall poor customer service. A little back story. I have rented from this company for the past 2 years and have been a good tenant. The first year I dealt with a really nice lady that helped us out when we needed, and was just overall a great person to deal with. Now she no longer works there.
