My husband and I went there today 4-3-21 at 1:12 and the office door was locked. We were going to just look and a lady came out of the office and very rudely told us they were retired and closed. Oh and everything on the lot was sold. I'm sorry but there is no need to be rude about it. Plus maybe something on the website would have saved us a trip!!
I wish I didn't have to give any stars or could give negative stars. The entire process has been a giant disaster!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND CERTAINLY NOT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. THEIR SUBCONTRACTORS WILL TEAR YOUR LAND APART AND WALK AWAY. We had to call the county and the state. Many things were promised in the beginning that did not happen. Our poor little hideaway looks like a bomb fell on it. New home finally delivered. There are so many things WRONG with it, the 1 page punch list AA told us to complete and turn in, ... read more
My husband and I were looking into buying a house but thought we would see about a mobile on land as well. We went to AA Homes on 61-67 and started looking around. We looked around for about 15-20 minutes and not one person came out to greet us or ask us if we needed help. We finally got back in our car and left.
