Von was very knowledgeable and helpful.
All of their Cpap machines are made in China! When I set up my appointment the lady told me that the machine I would be getting was made in the USA or the other brand I could choose was made in Australia. I was fine with either one. When I arrived at my appointment the machine had a different name but had an X on the end and looked almost identical to the USA brand. The lady told me they no longer carried those brands and all of their machines are made in China .She was very nice and apologetic.
Our recent experience ordering oxygen was very concerning. The order took 48 hours to be fulfilled, followed by another 12 hour wait for delivery. The customer service was unprofessional, including calls answered on speakerphone, and the after hours service was equally poor. The driver explained they were short staffed, but that does not excuse the lack of urgency, communication, and proper care. When a patient needs oxygen, every hour matters. Let me start by saying that first, no one should be using a medical equipment company for basic equipment like wheelchairs, walkers, canes or anything like that these things are sold at a cheaper price at Amazon, Walmart, and even Home Depot and you are guaranteed better customer service or options to return hassle free. I was locked out of Adapt Medical? Have always ordered my supplies for CPAP online. (for 3 YRS) Suddenly, I can't get back online to website? Website wants me to create new account? But it won't let me? When I try to go in to "change password", it sends a code but NEVER to my email or cell phone?? Tried 2-3 times. Have called & asked to speak with IT person. Twice the man who answered says, "hit option ONE".....then the call is disconnected? ODD? Can SOME ONE HELP ME AT ADAPT MEDICAL?????
