I have been using a Cpap machine for 3 years. Last Saturday the machine was damaged and could not be used Saturday or Sunday.On Monday morning I contacted AA Medical and thanks to Joanna and Trea my machine was repaired. Great people
I have been in the medical field for 20 years. This compqny is disorganized, unprofessional, and crazy. I placed a complaint with Medicare and Nevada State Medicaid. Worked on a referral (for a patient) side by side with a well known practice (pcp) in Reno. 3 weeks my mom received harassing phone calls stating they did not receive the prescription. Horrible customer service the Billing Dept. and AA medical can’t talk to each other. They say you owe money when you actually don’t.
I recently had an appointment with a Dr. Kenneth Mooney who had me go to Nocturna Sleep Center for a sleep study which I did. I went back for a follow-up appointment with Dr. Mooney and we discussed the findings of the sleep study. Dr. Mooney to me he had placed an order, for me, for a new Bipap machine and other supplies I need with AA Medical.
