Terrible parking lot... doesn't have easy access to speak to someone on the phone if you need assistance. Doesn't have cameras that work which is ridiculous in Downtown Hartford... do not park here!
Paid $45 for an allegedly RESERVED spot, only to be told when I got there: "lot is full, sorry". Governmental authorities will be duly notified.
Like others are saying, it’s an absolute scam. I came out to my car to find it hooked to a tow truck. I argued with the tow company CT AUTO AND TOWING out of west Hartford, SHOWING THEM MY RECEIPT that I still had HOURS remaining that I PAID FOR. They just go in there and blindly tow vehicles. DO NOT PARK HERE
Con artist. Lot is designed to not see the pay to park. Most people that never parked here before get towed, $200 fine.
