Absolutely zero customer service. I made a reservation ahead of time and was unable to activate it, zero customer service to help so I had to pay again. Just started a dispute with my credit card with the original charge to get my refund because there is zero possibility of reaching anyone at this organization for customer service. This is borderline fraud however they seem to own a lot of the parking lots in Hartford so you were stuck. The bad reviews are all for good reason.
Horrible company! Predatory practices! Should be zero stars. The restaurant I was eating at was slower than expected and I tried to use the link I was sent to extend my time at the lot but it would not work. When I went to move my vehicle BEFORE my time was up it had already been towed. Had to pay for an Uber to the tow company location to retrieve my vehicle so I could get to the xfinity theater for the concert I was attending. This caused me to miss almost half the concert.
Terrible parking lot... doesn't have easy access to speak to someone on the phone if you need assistance. Doesn't have cameras that work which is ridiculous in Downtown Hartford... do not park here!
