Frank was extremely helpful, he’s very professional and truly a master at his craft. we had issues with our ac unit not shutting down, so we had to unplug it every time to turn it off, so we called frank he came in to check it out the next day, he ran a test and was able to identify the problem quickly turns out it was a wiring issue, and he fixed it within half an hour now it’s running smoothly no problems turning it on and off.
