Gave him almost the full amount for a job he promised would be done in one week. It’s been way past that, and now he’s ignoring messages—even while I’m in active conversation with the tenant trying to schedule the rest of the work he never finished. Also gave him a deposit for AC installation at another house—labor and material included. He couldn’t finish the job in timeframe he said he would, so I hired another contractor. Just left one day and stopped texting. Did horrible work. Damaged my home and installed my cabinet incorrectly. Costing me thousands to repair the little work he did. Do not hire him and definitely don't give him money upfront!!!!

Posted on a FB investor group asking for help with a broken water heater. Alex phoned me direct, said he was in the area and could stop by to help. This was at 6:00 pm on Sunday night. Was impressed 1. He reached out direct, rather than simply responding to a post. 2. He was working Sunday evening. 3. He was willing to make another call on Sunday. Excuses are his strongpoint. Never showed, three times. Had some outlandish excuse every time. Thank God we didn't give him any money. Believe the reviews. Avoid at all costs.

Same here, Alex stopped answering calls and texts. Has an excuse for everything, took deposit money and never did any work. He is a fraud! Do NOT hire this man!
